Return Policy

At Truu Hair Collection, we take pride in providing high-quality hair products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. However, we do accept returns under certain conditions listed below.



Returns

 

 

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery ONLY if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with the zip tie and tags still attached. If the zip tie has been removed, the item cannot be returned.


Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items


For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:


• Used hair products
• Washed or altered hair
• Hair with removed zip ties or tags
• Custom or special orders
• Sale items or gift cards


Exchanges


We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at truuhaircollection@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:


• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• A brief description of the issue


We will work quickly to resolve the problem.


Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.


We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Truu Hair Collection is not responsible for lost return packages.
