Return & Refund Policy – Truu Hair Collection

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Hair must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with the zip ties intact. If the hair has been installed, worn, combed, cut, colored, or altered in any way, a refund or exchange will not be accepted.

Due to the nature of our products, all custom wigs and sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
